Covid-19 Safety Protocols for 2022-23

Thank you for your cooperation with our health and safety protocols during the pandemic.

We recently eliminated the masking requirement for the remainder of the 2022-23 season.  Please read on for our revised policy.  Thanks again for you support of our efforts to safeguard the health of our casts, crews, volunteers and patrons, as well as our ability to present our full season of shows.

Seating Capacity

Seating capacity will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate social distancing.

Ticketing

Ticketing will be paperless and touchless.  Patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance, as reduced seating capacity could increase the possibility of sold-out houses and walk-up tickets may not be available at the theatre (click here for online ticket purchase links).  For the same reason, season ticket holders are encouraged to reserve space by calling the WEPG message recorder at (314) 667-5686 and giving their planned attendance date and number in their party.  Patrons who have purchased advance tickets will be on an attendance list at the box office, and will simply check in for admission.  Walk-up tickets, if available, will be sold at the box office; payment by credit or debit card is preferred, but checks and cash are also accepted.

Vaccination/Masking

West End Players Guild encourages vaccination for all patrons and volunteers.  Face masks are encouraged but no longer required in the theatre.  Complementary masks will be available at the box office for anyone who wishes to wear one.

Refreshments/Concessions

Food and beverages will not be sold at the theatre this season.  Patrons may bring their own quietly-consumable snacks into the theatre.  Complementary bottled water will be available to all patrons.

Thank you for your attention to these policies.  We look forward to welcoming you to our theatre.
