Covid-19 Policies

Covid-19 Safety Protocols for 2022-23

The West End Players Guild Board of Directors has adopted the following policies for 2022-2023 to safeguard the health of our casts, crews, volunteers and patrons, as well as our ability to present our full season of shows.

Seating Capacity

Seating capacity will be reduced to accommodate social distancing.

Ticketing will be paperless and touchless.  Patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance, as reduced seating capacity will increase the possibility of sold-out houses and walk-up tickets may not be available at the theatre (click here for online ticket purchase links).  For the same reason, season ticket holders are encouraged to reserve space by calling the WEPG message recorder at (314) 667-5686 and giving their planned attendance date and number in their party.  Patrons who have purchased advance tickets will be on an attendance list at the box office, and will simply check in for admission.  Walk-up tickets, if available, will be sold at the box office; payment by credit or debit card is preferred, but checks and cash are also accepted.

West End Players Guild strongly encourages vaccination for all patrons and volunteers.  All patrons and front-of-house staff and volunteers will be masked at all times while in the building, except for when actually taking a bite of food or a sip of a drink.  Complementary masks will be available at the box office for anyone who left their mask at home, and must be worn for admission.

Food and beverages will not be sold at the theatre this season.  Patrons may bring their own quietly-consumable snacks into the theatre.  Complementary bottled water will be available to all patrons.

Thank you for your attention to and compliance with these policies.  We look forward to welcoming you to our theatre.
